Appart Laijola is building two new apartment buildings with a restaurant and parking garage.  On the 23rd. of April 2010 a symbolic first spade was dug by initiator, Franz Diks, Mayor Martin Netzer, Architect Günther Pichler, Wolfgang Müller from building company Swietelsky and project manager Klaus Meier.
